How to Make the Best Over Easy Eggs

When it comes to breakfast, there are few things more classic than eggs. But if you’re thinking that making eggs at home is difficult, think again! These easy-over-easy eggs are super simple to make and only require a few ingredients. Plus, they’re a great option if you’re looking for a quick and easy breakfast.

The key to making perfect over easy eggs is to cook them with a lid on the pan. This helps to keep the heat in and prevents the eggs from drying out. Simply heat a pan on medium, add some butter or oil, and then crack in the eggs. Be careful not to break the yolk, and then cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 2 minutes, or until the yolks begin to have a white sheen. Remove from heat and let sit for an additional minute, and then enjoy!
